Accurate Surgical & Scientific Instruments Corporation recommends that you always contact our customer service department with any questions regarding the service or maintenance of all your ASSI Instruments1. ASSI will have your instrument evaluated and serviced by our master instrument makers who are knowledgeable in the design and original specifications of your ASSI Instruments.

ASSI Instruments are made with the highest quality materials and workmanship and should only be trusted to the same master instrument makers to handle your instruments service. Your instrument will be returned to you properly serviced and functioning like new.

Common services include                                                                                                                                                     

  • Scissor Sharpening
  • Scissors that are Sticking or Loose
  • Forceps with bent tip(s)
  • Re-Insulation of instruments
  • Fiber Optic light channel replacement

Though these are some of the common services we handle, ASSI can assist you with all your questions and service needs.

Some service may be covered under our warranty2 but if not ASSI will always provide a free evaluation and cost for your approval before any work begins.

1ASSI can only provide service for genuine ASSI instruments. ASSI cannot service any other brand of instrument and all non-ASSI instruments received will be return at the owner’s expense.

2 Any ASSI instrument that has been repaired or modified by non-ASSI technicians voids any warranty on the instrument, and may affect the functionality of the instrument
